Players would be able to Train Staff by paying cash, after which they’re shown an animation like the above – then they must answer a MCQ on what the animation shows. If they answer correctly, then their staff will be more efficient in some way (e.g.: in the case of the above, the player would have reduced bathroom waste costs).
